Artist statement
My objects mostly evolve through the time of creation rather than
working fully guided by a preconceived plan. I enjoy the process of
finding solutions or new ideas during the process of my work.
This creative process is the most challenging and enjoyable part of my
work.
I am inspired firstly by the diverse materials and intrigued by the
way light behaves on different surfaces and materials.
When I work on conceptual art work or a commission I like to create a
sculpture or installation, which grasps the topic, place, feeling and
its connections. I try to create pieces of art which give the viewer
space for interpretation and the possibility to interact with the work
as well as an inspiration to tap into their own creativity.
